Of Two Minds is a retreat for women founders, co-hosted by PALMA Colectiva and State of Feeling. It's a space for founders who want their businesses to reflect what their heart’s calling. The name speaks to a tension many of us know well: the pull between our spiritual calling and the lives and careers we've chosen.

Roanne Adams and Meredith Markworth Pollack, along with movement practitioner Annie Parr, will guide us through dance, yoga, workshops, and group ceremony. Together we'll process what we've been carrying, expand our creativity, build resilience, and step outside of the daily grind. When we give ourselves time to pause, we come back to our truth. From there, the vision for our lives and our businesses comes into focus, with fresh clarity and optimism.

The Space We’ll Share

WHO THIS IS FOR

Location

El Campo — El Pescadero, BCS Mexico
El Campo is a retreat destination of unrefined elegance, attracting creatives, surfers, movement artists, and Baja enthusiasts. Owned by Annie Parr, El Campo features two buildings on its property—The Mill and La Casita. Each building overlooks lush farmland and offers stunning ocean views. The retreat’s design harmonizes with the natural beauty of the desert-to-ocean landscape. The soft white palette, rustic native wood, pulito concrete walls, and handmade modern tile combine with colorful textiles to evoke a relaxing and visually stunning space for retreat.

WHAT TO EXPECT

DINING

DINING
El Campo’s menu, crafted by Lucía Benítez and Annie Parr, celebrates global flavor through a Baja lens. Each meal is rooted in elegance and simplicity, highlighting locally sourced ingredients and the natural abundance of the region. Expect vibrant dishes that nourish body and soul: fresh-caught fish, homemade breads, sun-ripened fruits, and organic vegetables served with care and creativity. We will have one celebratory dinner out at a restaurant in the center of Todos Santos.
We can accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please note the retreat is alcohol free.

WELLNESS

WELLNESS
Each wellness practice is thoughtfully woven into the theme of the day's workshops. Every morning begins with movement, dance and/or yoga guided by Annie Parr. In the late afternoon, we gather for group ceremonies: a traditional Temazcal, Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork guided by Roanne, and Sound Bath facilitated by Meredith.

Private massage and Reiki sessions are available to book on the property for an additional cost.

Our Time Together

The days will support an organic flow of movement, yoga, dance, mindfulness practices, leadership workshops, communal activities, nourishing meals and free time to enjoy the town of Todos Santos or just read a book.

We'll process all of the changes in our lives, careers, and identities through self-inquiry, movement, and breathwork. Whether you're navigating an ending or embracing a new beginning, we’ll explore shedding the layers that no longer serve us, uncovering who we truly are beneath the titles and expectations. We’ll set our intentions, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with ourselves and what we love to visualize a more aligned future.

Through guided meditations, interactive exercises, and reflective writing and discussions, you’ll explore your strengths, values, and areas for growth, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, your leadership style and your vision for the future.

Who We Are

Of Two Minds began as a conversation between friends craving alignment between our professional and spiritual journeys. Like many business owners, we found ourselves caught in a cycle of stress and burnout, which became the catalyst for a spiritual awakening and a knowing we could never return to business as usual. From this desire to share our experiences, this retreat was born and we love bringing together business owners, collaborators and practitioners who are bridging the somatic, spiritual, regenerative and business worlds.
