If awarded to you, it covers your room, food, all ceremonies and workshops as well as one spa service of your choosing. This scholarship does not include transportation (airfare/car) to and from the retreat, that is your responsibility.

If accepted you will receive and email from us awarding you the scholarship along with a waiver form for you to sign. You will be responsible for booking and paying for your own travel (airfare/car) to and from Zaca Lake.

Cancelation Policy:

Since this is a scholarship fund given by our generous donor we ask that you please not cancel prior to the retreat, but we know life happens, so if you need to please give us a 2 week window to award the scholarship to another applicant.
