In honor of the Year of the Snake, we moved, breathed, meditated, laughed, ate, swam, and shed that old skin to adapt to the new (rather upside-down) world we were (and still are) living in. Women founders and leaders came together — shifted together. Hosted by Roanne Adams and Annie Parr, along with a few other special guest practitioners, we were led in dance, yoga, workshops, and group ceremonies to help us process the immense global shifts and rebirth into this new era with a renewed sense of clarity and optimism.

Our co-host and owner of El Campo retreat space, Annie Parr will cook us our meals as well as lead us in movement practice each morning. Bringing her lifelong investigation of movement and dance to the practice.

Stephanie, an advanced Breathwave facilitator and founder of Tierra Nahual, and Sandra, an energy healer, sound practitioner, and singer, led a special ceremony where Stephanie guided breathwork and Sandra shared her beautiful voice and delicious cacao.

Regenerative farmers
Palma Serena is regenerative farm located in the heart of Todos Santos, led by Karen Díaz and José Aviña. The farm is also a teaching center for ASA, the Baja California Alliance for Food Security. The couple live on the land, farm it throughout the year and host mindful botany classes in the midst of the farm to help people reconnect to plants and soil.

Founded in 2006, the studio quickly gained recognition for Roanne’s ability to build scalable brands from the ground up. Over the past two decades, Roanne and her team have launched hundreds of brands across various industries, including Fortune 500s like Google, Nike, and Estée Lauder.
