This online cohort facilitated by Roanne Adams, is a transformational process designed to give founders the time and space to go inward, shifting from a state of constant doing, stress, and overwhelm to a more expansive state of feeling—marked by awe, connection, creativity, and a clear vision for the future.

TIME COMMITMENT:

The depth of the experience, for you and for everyone else, depends on each person showing up fully, every week. When you apply, you're committing to attend all five sessions live.

5-week commitment, meeting once a week (5 modules, 2 hours each, via Zoom — Wednesdays 2–4pm PST / 5–7pm EST)
One 30-minute onboarding call with Roanne
One 45-minute coaching session with Roanne at the close of the course
All sessions are live and participatory. Recordings will be shared for reference, but there are no make-up sessions — please only apply if you can make the time.

CANCELATION POLICY

If your plans change after enrolling, you may cancel up to 3 weeks before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the start date receive a 75% refund. Once the course begins, no refunds are available.
